Data protection act
The NINA website stores the personal data of customers who request evaluation versions of its products. The website has been registered with France’s National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (accreditation reference in process). The constitution and use of our customers’ personal files are subject to the rules and regulations currently in force. Customer information is strictly confidential and will be used exclusively for informational purposes by NINA. The capture of personal data for purposes other than the one it is originally intended for (for sales or advertising purposes, for example) is prohibited. In accordance with Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act (« Loi informatique et libertés » no. 78/17, of January 6, 1978), you are entitled to access, modify, correct or delete the personal data you have supplied us with and may exercise this right at any time by contacting the NINA website administrator.

These rules and regulation also cover the sale, distribution, broadcasting, diffusion, adaptation, modification, publication, communication, be it whole or in part, and in any form whatsoever, of the presentation and content of the aforementioned site.
